Pergine Valdarno (Tuscany)
For this residency (2015) I spent several hours everyday drawing in the interior space of a filanda or old silk mill. The mill has a stunning geometric patterned floor and large windows that let in natural light. Everyday I would observe and draw in this interior environment.
